Mrs. Taylor was very informed in many different ways. She went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and was very honest with me through out the process. Was very encouraging when I began to get distressed. Still checks on me to make sure that things are in order. Mrs.Taylor did an excellent job paying attention to my contracts making sure numbers where correct. Referred me to an excellent house inspector and was very knowledgeable on the areas. I have no prior experience with Mrs.Taylor and I recommend her to all my friends who are thinking about purchasing a house. She Answered all my questions and they didn't make me feel incompetent no matter how many questions I asked her. She was very polite and always on time for our showings. If she didn't know something she would take the time to find out and would call me back in a timely matter. Everyone was very polite and respectful even the ladies at the front desk when I came in to turn in my cashiers check.
